Hr2 mendtg lbh membahagiakn klu kta +ve watever happen..hr ni tetibe kna present long case dgn Dr edmund..fuh..semangat tp tkut jgak my case kna pick coz i'm not really prepared coz got another 4 cases(mmg pening sehari semlm cover the whole ward).actually my patient,44 years old indian lady presented with fever associated with myalgia n lethargy 1 month PTA.she was diagnosed to have chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) then developed resistant to glivec aftr 2 months of treatment.she readmitted again for 1 month.so current admission,she just electively admitted for furher management which i think bone marrow tranplant.b4 class ramai yg psycho Dr edmund itu ini..terpsycho jgak sbb 2 tkut..tp actually he is very very nice man..i learn new things today from him.so moral of story,just think +ve watever happen.kdg2 mmg kta rse hidup ni xadil..tp at the end of the day,kt learn something new from wat happen.thanks doc..
